Frequently Asked Questions about Admission
Currently, some of our programs do have a waitlist. Admission will depend on the program you’re interested in and preferred start date. We are happy to discuss enrollment possibilities during the tour or answer any questions via email at info@episcopalmontessori.org.
Waitlist
After a tour at Cathedral Montessori School, we will send you an online enrollment form via Brightwheel, our parent communication and billing platform. Simply fill out the form and submit it and you will be entered into our admissions system. If you are interested in enrolling right away and there is an open spot, simply pay the enrollment fee and you’re all set. If you would like to be placed on a waitlist, there is a waitlist fee. We will be in touch when a spot opens.

Depending on the openings that are available, we will try to balance classrooms by age and gender. Children on waitlists are given priority admission when a spot is available.

Both parents if applicable & possible. The initial tour is mainly for adults, so while children are welcome they may find it a bit dull.
Who Should Come on the Tour?
Our tours generally last between 15 and 30 minutes. We will show you the school building and grounds and observe the classrooms, Atrium, and movement room. We are happy to provide any accommodations needed.

Rescheduling or Canceling a Tour
To visit our campus, you may park on the street parking at St. Matthew's Cathedral or in the first floor of the parking garage of the MAA Cathedral Arts Apartments on N Garrett Ave. Our main entrance is the glass doorway by the green lawn and courtyard. Feel free to email us at info@episcopalmontessori.org if you have trouble accessing the entrance.

Discounts are available for families with siblings, families who prepay their tuition for the year, and families who are members of St. Matthew’s Cathedral (6 months or more). For more information on applying discounts to tuition, please fill out a tuition request!
Discounts
Tuition is paid at the first of each month through Brightwheel, our parent communication platform. There is a discount available for prepaying tuition for the year upon request.

Scholarships
Currently, Cathedral Montessori School is not able to offer scholarships.
Cathedral Montessori School has non-refundable waitlist, enrollment, and annual supply fees—please reach out to us for details if you have any questions.
Fees
After School Care
In addition to our school day, Cathedral Montessori School offers an After School Care Program for a monthly fee. There are also daily drop-in rates. More information can be found with our other tuition information from the Tuition Request Form.
